For thirty years, Siobhan has worked at the intersection of strategic thinking, leadership psychology, and organisational complexity, helping senior leaders and their teams think more clearly, decide more wisely, and lead with greater impact.
Her clients include CEOs, C-Suites, Permanent Secretaries, military commanders and senior executives across high-tech, energy, financial services, infrastructure, government and professional services.
Siobhan brings an unusually integrated set of capabilities to her work. A science degree and MBA (Cranfield, distinction in Managing Strategic Change) underpin her analytical rigour. As a Master Practitioner in NLP and licensed practitioner of four major psychometric instruments — NEO Big 5, Hogan, Wave, and Myers Briggs Step I & II — she has precise tools for understanding how leaders think, decide and relate. Deep knowledge of systems thinking, complexity and group dynamics informs how she works with teams.
She is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists, the Association for Coaching and has been an associate of major business schools and highly respected coaching and OD consultancies.
Career thread
Her career began at BP, moving from product development (patent granted) into business development and discovering a lasting fascination with leadership culture and decision-making. An MBA at Cranfield led to deep involvement in organisational development — including helping over 60 companies achieve the Investors in People national standard. Since then she has designed and delivered senior leadership programmes, coached C-suite leaders through critical transitions, and facilitated top team development in some of the UK’s most complex organisations.
Outside work, Siobhan sings jazz semi-professionally and enjoys Nordic walking. She is based in the Northern Home Counties.
