Siobhan has helped new CEOs settle into their roles and make immediate impact. She has also worked with seasoned CEOs bedding in new teams or dealing with an unhelpful team dynamic that they’ve inherited from a previous leader or that has developed over time. She has also supported many CEOs as they take their management team on a journey of growing coherence, trust and strategic thinking capability as a group.

Siobhan works with new Directors to support their contribution at C-Suite level, with experienced Directors on issues within their division and on influence within the C-Suite, and with Directors aspiring to be CEO and competing for that role.

Siobhan works with senior leaders to accelerate their capacity to deal with increasingly complex and strategic responsibilities, to discover their signature strengths, develop their leadership approach and nurture their increasingly complex stakeholder relationships. She helps them clarify their career aspirations and align those their their unique talents. She also supports them in getting the best from their team.

Siobhan works with HR professionals to address the needs they spot that normal executive development programmes don’t reach. She works collaboratively to design bespoke solutions woven into real life so leaders learn while doing. From: one-to-ones that blend tutoring, mentoring, coaching and counselling, leaving individuals with greatly enriched self-awareness, to problem-solving workshops on real issues, bringing together internal (and external) stakeholders, building group dialogue capabilities, strengthening problem solving skills, enhancing trust and collaboration across silos, while generating valid solutions that have commitment behind them.

Siobhan is an experienced conference and keynote speaker, happy talk on many non-standard and sometimes controversial leadership topics, such as the importance of cognitive diversity over other kinds, the importance of engaging in politics (provided it’s positive), the fact that executive teams don’t always need to be a team, the need for “good enough” leaders rather than heroes. Expect fascinating, provocative insights backed by depth, guaranteed to make your audience think and want to do the right thing.

Siobhan has written for many established publications, e.g. in leadership and management and of professional institutes. Expect pithy wisdom conveyed with colourful metaphors that engage with a senior intelligent readership and offer valuable and practical insights.
