Why the Innovator Circles?

The quality of thinking behind strategic and complex decisions is one of the least examined risk factors in any organisation. Our socio-political context ups the ante.

Sadly, the leaders who are most in need of honest, rigorous input, and exposure to a variety of external viewpoints, are often the least likely to receive it.

The Innovator Circles are designed specifically for such leaders – they are an advanced problem-solving methodology that accelerates the flourishing of leaders and their organisations. Crafted to build strategic thinking, resilience and innovation capacity.

What the Innovator Circles are:

Each Circle brings together three senior leaders from different organisations — same level of seniority, different sectors and perspectives — to work on a real, live challenge using structured dialogue and proven sense-making tools.

The cognitive diversity in the group does what internal meetings rarely can: it surfaces blind spots, challenges ingrained assumptions, and generates genuinely fresh thinking — in a space that is confidential, rigorous, and surprisingly energising.

Each participant also receives two private one-to-one sessions with our Founder, one of the most experienced and versatile coaches in the UK, to embed learning, explore implementation options, and receive confidential feedback on strengths and style.

Small Groups

Allows depth of exploration, personal attention, high levels of trust, and the practice of advanced dialogue skills to bring implement with internal colleagues.
